The two heroines are named イースフレア and イースアクア. So I have a hard time believing the (machine?) translation to "Ysphere." Tフレア (the red one) is Flare and the アクア (the blue one) is Aqua. I could almost believe the イース is a misspelling of Ace (エース), but it's probably just for the sound.

1. I listened to it, and they're not saying "Sphere." "Sphere" in katakana is fairly rare (since you'd write the word as 球面 typically) but it does occur- but you write in katakana as スフィア not スフレア (see for example / The voice is saying the latter. スフレア when used in Japanese is typically "soufflé" rather than sphere (though it usually doesn't have the extra ア on the end.) On the other hand, フレア is indeed "Flare." (It can also be Freya, or Flair. Go look in a dictionary. One use is in a flared skirt フレア)

イースフレア is pronounced the same in Japanese whether it's Ys Flare or E-Soufflé. But it's definitely not E-Sphere unless they misspelled Sphere. Considering that there's a popular enough idol group Sphere / スフィア, I think that they would know how to write sphere in katakana, and it's not スフレア.

2. "ESPR" is an abbreviation for イースフレ, but that's just using katakana abbreivation. for イ ス フ レ

3. It really makes no sense to have one character called "E-Souffle", using スフレア for the second part of here name, when the other character's name ends in アクア. スアクア is *definitely* not any word, whereas アクア is clearly Aqua.

4. There's a magical girl with a red color theme and one with a blue theme. The one with the blue theme is called イース Aqua, which highly increases the likelihood that the one with the red theme is イース Flare, since that's an incredibly common naming theme in a number of these H games. See for example this game (/ with Angel Flare (エンジェルフレア) and Angel Aqua (エンジェルアクア).
